ABOUT THE PROJECT

Newly restored record store.

Volta records is an independent, woman-owned record store. They came to me wanting to rebrand their newly, restored record store that the community fought for to stay open. The original logo was inspired by Volta Labs, where the flat disc record was invented. The spiral in the logo is the same spiral that was used in first recordings.

COLORS

01

Tshirt design

I design various screen prints to be used primary on t-shirt to be sold in the store during their open event, and throughout the year to promote the record store.

02

Stickers and coasters

I created stickers and coasters using a variety of logo variations. These were handed out at the opening event, and continue to be offered with every purchase in the store.
